Controls
NLB foot control valves are specially designed for ultra-high
pressure applications that occupy both of an operator's
hands, such as tube or pipe cleaning. A foot control
can also serve as a remote pressure actuator.

Flex
Lances
NLB ultra-high pressure flexible lances, with multi-orifice
cleaning nozzles, follow bends and curves in a pipe or
tube, allowing maximum cleaning coverage.

Lance Stand
An NLB Mobile Lance Stand includes a shield to protect
the operator from debris and incorporates an air-operated
system valve to dump the pressure when the lance trigger
is released.

Rotary Hand Lance
The RHL-3600
combines an air-activated, ultra-high pressure rotating
SPIN JET® seal with a rigid lance. It is rated for
pressures up to 40,000 psi (2,800 bar).

NLB rigid lances are ideal for heat exchanger, condenser
and boiler tube cleaning operations. They may also be
used for pipe cleaning.
Available in lengths up to 20 feet (6 m), NLB ultra-high
pressure rigid lances are rated for 40,000 psi (2,800
bar) working pressure and are available in 3/8” (0.95
cm) O.D. and 9/16” (1.42 cm) O.D. |

ABRASIVE
CUTTING NOZZLES
NLB ultra-high
pressure water jet abrasive cutting systems cut metals,
concrete, composites, and many other hard materials.
They even cut through thick concrete with rebar and
cut inspection and service openings in petrochemical
storage tanks.
Since water jet abrasive cutting systems exert a very
powerful jet force, NLB offers several accessories
which help control the movement and speed of the cutting
nozzle.
These accessories (except the nozzle) are also used
with NLB 20,000 psi (1,400 bar) abrasive cutting systems.
Having common accessories between product lines maximizes
versatility while minimizing customer inventory.

force, which exits the carbide focusing nozzle at high velocity.

Utilizes BN3539 sapphire orifice nozzle.

Adjusting rings allow angular and lateral nozzle adjustments
for proper alignment.
