System Valves

NLB's high-pressure system valves allow the operator to start and stop the flow of high-pressure water without disengaging or shutting down the pump. Valves are available to handle a wide range of pressures and flows, and can be ordered with air, air-over-electric or hydraulic actuation. Special explosion-proof and proximity switch-equipped models are available. (See below.)

TWO CONFIGURATIONS:

Dump valves allow the high-pressure water to pass through to the cleaning station until the valve is actuated. Then, 95% of the water is divereted to dump and the system pressure to near-zero.

Directional valves are used if 100% shut-off is required at the work station, or where high-pressure water is needed at two separate work stations.

FEATURES/BENEFITS

• Stainless steel construction of all wetted components.

• Standard enclosures for protection from hostile environments.

• Used for “no-load” start-ups for electric units.

• Rebuild kits available for fast, easy maintenance.
