Spin Jet ®
Floor & Grate
Cleaners

NLB’s patented SPIN JET® Rotating Spray System has become one of the water jetting industry’s most effective tools.

Manually-propelled SPIN JET floor and grate cleaners were originally designed to strip overspray from paint booth grates. Applications today include floor cleaning and coating removal.

Standard SPIN JET floor and grate cleaners operate at flows of up to 50 gpm (189 lpm) and pressures up to 20,000 psi (1,400 bar).

FEATURES/BENEFITS

• Rigid enclosure to shield personnel from moving components and high-pressure water.

• May be self-rotating, pneumatic or hydraulic powered.

• Dump valve, when in dump position, instantly reduces water pressure to near-zero.

• High-pressure hoses are shielded.

• Quick-disconnect shields provided.

• Rotary seal and dump valve repair kits available.

Spin Jet®
Plate-Mounted

SPIN JET® technology is often incorporated into in-line, automated cleaning systems. These systems clean fixtures and parts of varying configurations faster than other methods. NLB custom-engineers these systems to meet individual application requirements and specifications.

Smaller SPIN JET units, mounted on robots, may be manipulated to clean detail areas. Typical applications include in-line parts cleaning, chain cleaning, automotive body washing, casting removal, tube bundle cleaning and concrete scarification.

FEATURES/BENEFITS:

• Available as self-rotating or powered by air, electric, or hydraulics.

• Versatile standard mounting bracket adapts to a wide range of fixtures.

• All models feature rotary seals described on pages 24-25.

• Quick-change packing for fast, easy maintenance.

• Rugged metal housings.

• Self-rotating speeds up to
3,000 rpm.
