Lances
For
efficient tube bundle cleaning, NLB combines a rigid
lance with a rotary hand lance, or air-activated high-pressure
rotating SPIN JET® seal. The combination of high-pressure
water and the spinning motion cleans even the most severely
clogged tubes.
The rotary hand lance may also be used in applications
where a polished tube is required. It should be used
with the NLB Foot Control Valve for maximum control
of the high-pressure jet.

Rigid
Lances
Ideal for all heat exchanger, condenser and boiler tube
cleaning operations, NLB’s rigid lance may also be
used for pipe cleaning. It is available in various diameters
and in lengths up to 20 feet (6 m). It can be assembled,
with couplings, to longer lengths.
Optional hand guides (BL13033) help an operator position
the lance,
and support it without slowing the rotation speed.

Lancers
NLB's
automated and semi-automated tube lancers clean heat exchangers
up to three times faster than manual methods, while minimizing
operator exposure to risk.
They guide a rigid or flexible high-pressure lance, or lances,
in and out of tubes. An operator controls the process without
having to touch the high-pressure lance. Four standard models
are available.
