ULTRA-HIGH
PRESSURE FITTINGS
NLB offers various ultra-high pressure fittings, collars
and glands in styles and configurations that allow for
almost any accessory/hose combination. Machined from high-strength
stainless steel, all NLB ultra-high pressure fittings
are rated for operation at working pressures up to 40,000
psi (2,800 bar).

Components |

Gauges
NLB's ultra-high pressure, heavy-duty pressure gauges
are oil-filled and hermetically sealed. A throttle screw
helps protect the gauge from erratic pressure surges.
Model
5008 has a 1/4” HP bottom-mount connection
with a 4-1/4” (11 cm) face, which displays English
and metric units of measurement.

Control
The NLB 4071-40
throttle control helps reduce engine wear and fuel consumption. |

NLB Snubbers enhance gauge accuracy and life by absorbing

Rupture
Disc Assemblies
Each NLB ultra-high pressure pump unit features a rupture
disc assembly, Model NSP-4000.
It is designed to relieve pressure on the system by rupturing
in the event of a pressure spike above the maximum operating
pressure of the unit. Rupture disc assemblies should always
be used with a primary pressure relief or
by-pass valve. |
