Gun drilling is the most economical way of producing holes when the depth exceeds six times the diameter.  Added benefits are more accurate holes with finishes that usually eliminate secondary reaming or honing.  If honing is required, not to worry, we do that too!

FLATS
We are experienced at drilling holes in mold plates and manifolds for heater cartridge, water, steam, or oil passages.  Flat bar or plate stock.  Thru holes, blind holes, or holes that intersect.  We also do porting, tapping, and spot facing of mold plates.

SHAPES
Our machinery has the capability to drill on-center or off-ceneter and maintains high accuracy using digital positioning.  Rounds or hex bars, castings of any size, shape, and configuration.

VARIETY
Carbide tipped gun drilling capacity as small as .100 inch and up to 1.500 inch diameter for perfect holes.  Ferrous or non-ferrous metals, stainless steels, die steels, and most alloys are no match for our abilities.
