Vibratuf vibratory feed bowls, made of an improved synthetic material Vibratuf GP, outperform bowls made for aluminum or glass fiber reinforced resins. Vibratuf MED is an FDA compliant grade that has been developed for feeding tables/capsules and other medical/pharmaceutical or food industry applications. Vibratuf bowls, with custom machined track configurations offer outstanding performance in feeding all types of parts. The wear rate is lower than that of traditional bowls made from aluminum or even PU coated units. Vibratuf is particularly well suited to feed sharp, edged or hardened parts. Noise generated during use is drastically reduced allowing significant cost savings, while still meeting the legal requirements of organizations like OSHA. Many operations will not require costly enclosures designed to limit noise. Noise reduction typically ranges from 4 to 10 db(A). Vibratuf GP bowls are widely available in conical configurations from 4" (100 mm) to 32" (800 mm) diameter. Cascade bowls are available from 6" (150 mm) to 27" (670 mm).
